We're here to help you with your exchanges or returns. Please use the return form included with your invoice. For faster service, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS. All shipping charges on returns must be prepaid. There is no charge for the return of defective items. Please note that our sizing charts are a guideline and we do not guarantee fit.
All returns for credit or refund must be made within 60 days of shipment. All refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 weeks to process.
Items that may not be returned:
All undergarments, tights, make-up, hair and foot care items (including toe pads, etc.), discontinued, and clearance items may not be returned.
Product Condition:
If you need to return the SHOES from your order, they must be returned in perfectly new, unmarred, and unsoiled condition.
Ballet/Pointe/Jazz Shoes: Make sure your feet are clean and dry before putting them into the new shoe. Imprints will be left on the inside if tight or your feet are damp. We suggest you lay down a towel before trying them on. Shoes soil easily and the satin on the pointe shoes become scratched and marred easily.
Taps/Sneakers: Please try shoes on a carpeted floor only. The taps scratch easily and would therefore be non-returnable.
Please do not wear any shoes for class outdoors, or for any length of time if you plan to return them.
Exchanges can be made within 60 days of shipment. There is an exchange and reshipment charge of $6.00 plus any difference in price on returned items. Additions to your exchange will be considered a new order and require additional shipping charges. Please note exchanges can take up to 3 weeks to process.
