EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We're here to help you with your exchanges or returns. Please use the return form included with your invoice. For faster service, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS. All shipping charges on returns must be prepaid. There is no charge for the return of defective items. Please note that our sizing charts are a guideline and do not guarantee fit.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of shipment. There is an exchange and reshipment charge of $6.00 plus any difference in price on returned items. Additions to your exchange will be considered a new order and require additional shipping charges. If your exchange is time sensitive, please call customer service at 1.866.542.6500

RETURNS

All returns for credit or refund must be made within 30 days of shipment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note that refunds can take up to 4 weeks to process.

ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE RETURNED

All undergarments, tights, books, videos, DVDs, make-up, hair and foot care items (including toe pads, etc.), discontinued, clearance and sale items may not be returned.

PRODUCT CONDITION

  • All items must be unworn and in their original resalable packaging with tags attached.
  • Laundered items cannot be returned.
  • Shoes must not be worn and should be returned in undamaged shoe boxes.
  • Please place the package inside another shipping container or box. Please do not tape and/or label shoe box or item package, etc. and send it; the package gets destroyed and the product cannot be accepted for return.
