How to Shop

From the product page, select your size and color and click Add to Bag. Be sure to look at the size chart and read reviews from past customers to help you make the best purchase decision.

When you add an item to your bag, you will be prompted to either Continue Shopping or Checkout. If you click Checkout, you will be brought to your shopping bag. You can also view your bag by clicking Shopping Bag at the top right corner of the screen.

From your shopping bag, you can remove an item and adjust quantity, color and size.

Once you have completed the checkout and payment process, an online order cannot be changed or cancelled and will no longer be found in your shopping bag. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or change your online order. If it has not been released for processing, we may be able to assist with any changes you wish to make.


When mailing in your order:

  1. Please use the enclosed order form (download an order form).
  2. Include a check, money order, or credit card number with expiration date.
  3. Specify style, size, and colors as required.
  4. Include your daytime and evening telephone number plus your email address.
  5. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please print your complete name, full address, and zip code in the "Ship To" box on the form.

If you are an International order, please know that your package(s) will be subject to custom fees and import duties from the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always your responsibility. We do not have involvement with these fees. You must agree to these terms or you will not be able to place your international order.

For special orders:

For line orders of sufficient amounts, we have the ability to change colors and fabrics on many items in our catalog during certain times of the year. Please call a customer service representative for all your special needs.

Our ability to accept special orders between the months of January through May is limited, so please anticipate your needs early.

Online Checkout Process

When you are ready to purchase the items in your bag, click the Checkout button. Checkout involves several simple steps. And, rest assured our checkout process is very secure.

While you can sign in as a guest, if you register and sign up for an account, your checkout process will be much faster.

Enter in your email address and password to sign in if you haven’t already.

Make sure your shipping address is correct and select your shipping method.

Fill in the required Payment Information. If you have a promotion code or a catalog code, please enter it in on this screen.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly.

If you chose to checkout as a guest, follow the steps to enter in all the requested fields.

Payment Methods

  1. Credit Cards

    We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

  2. C.O.D. Orders

    There is a $10.00 charge for all C.O.D shipments. C.O.D orders require payment in the form of certified check, money order, or cashiers check only.

  3. Personal Check, Studio Check, Money Order, or Certified Check

    When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use the information from your check to make a one-time electronic funds transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. For inquiries please call Customer Service at 1.866.542.6500.

  4. Debit Cards:

    If you are paying with a credit card that is associated with a checking account, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your account balance. Your bank may place a hold on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled, meaning the funds will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

    Some banks hold these authorizations for 7-10 business days. Dancewear Solutions does not charge the cards until we ship the item(s) to you.

    If your payment is declining due to lack of available funds, contact your bank to confirm if the reserved funds are authorizations, verify the amount of time they hold authorizations, and request that they remove any extra authorization to free up funds in your account.

    For credit cards denominated in a supported currency other than U.S. dollars (USD), your bank or credit card company may charge foreign conversion fees.

  5. Purchase Orders:

    All purchase orders must be faxed or mailed in and must include a school purchase order number and authorized signature. Please include a "ship to" address on your purchase order.
