SHIPPING TIME

• Phone In Orders: Most orders, for in stock items, are generally shipped the next day. Air shipment orders placed M-F before 12:00 Noon CST will be shipped the same day.

  Please note: Phone in orders can only be placed during our regular business hours of Monday – Friday 8am – 6:30pm CST. During the “Performance” season (January to May), dancewear may take longer for delivery. Please call for availability.

• Internet Orders: Most internet orders, for in stock items, placed M-Th will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday generally ship within 1-2 business days. Air shipment orders placed M-F before 12:00 Noon CST will be shipped the same day. Weekend delivery is not available on any shipment.

  During the “Performance” season (January to May), dancewear may take longer for delivery. Please call for availability.

  Once an internet order is placed, it may not be possible to make changes or cancel the order. If you have questions regarding your internet order, please call customer service at 1.866.542.6500 prior to placing your order.

  We are closed for all national holidays and will resume shipping on the next business day.

• Standard (3-7 Business Days)
  Standard shipping will be USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (USA).

• Air (2-3 Business Days)
  UPS is normally used for this shipping method. A signature is required upon delivery.

• Expedited Air (1-2 Business Days)
  UPS is normally used for this shipping method. A signature is required upon delivery.

• International
  International shipping methods, times, and rates vary and are based upon the destination country and order size.
  Additional fees or duties may apply based on each country's import requirements.
