From the product page, select your color, size and quantity and click "Add to Bag". You may look at the size chart and read reviews from past customers to help you make the best purchasing decision.

When you add an item to your bag, a mini cart will be displayed in the top right corner of your browser. If you click Checkout, you will be brought to your shopping bag to review your selection and proceed to checkout. You can also view your shopping bag by clicking “Shopping Bag” at the top right corner of the browser.

From your shopping bag, you can remove your item(s) or adjust quantity, color and size.

Please Note

Once you have completed the checkout and payment process, an online order cannot be changed or cancelled.

International Orders

Dancewear Solutions gladly accepts most international orders. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Your package(s) will be subject to custom fees and import duties from the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. When you are ready to purchase the items in your shopping bag, click the Checkout button. Checkout involves several simple steps. And rest assured our checkout process is very secure.

  1. You may check out as a Guest or log in to your existing Dancewear Solutions account.
  2. Enter your email address and shipping information. (Skip this step if you are logged in.)
  3. Select your shipping method.
  4. Enter your promotion code, if applicable.
  5. Fill in the required billing Information.

Before clicking the Place Order button, please review your order and ensure it is correct. Once submitted, an online order cannot be changed or cancelled. You will be taken to the confirmation page with a summary of your order. You will also receive an order confirmation email.

International Orders

If you are placing an international order, please know that your package(s) will be subject to custom fees and import duties from the country to which you have your order shipped. Personal Check, Studio Check, Money Order, or Certified Check

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use the information from your check to make a one-time electronic funds transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. For inquiries, contact us or call Customer Service at 1.866.542.6500, M-F 8:00 am- 5:30 pm Central Time.

Debit Cards

If you are paying with a credit card that is associated with a checking account, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your account balance. Your bank may place a hold on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled, meaning the funds will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

Some banks hold these authorizations for 7-10 business days. Dancewear Solutions does not charge your card until we ship the item(s) to you.

If your payment is declining due to lack of available funds, contact your bank to confirm if the reserved funds are authorizations, verify the amount of time they hold authorizations, and request that they remove any extra authorization to free up funds in your account.

For credit cards denominated in a supported currency other than U.S. dollars (USD), your bank or credit card company may charge foreign conversion fees.

Purchase Orders

School purchase orders must be faxed ‭or mailed, include a school purchase order number, and ‭be signed and dated by an authorized representative of ‭the school. Please include a contact name and phone number, preferred shipping address and customer number. Promotional codes do not apply.‬‬‬‬

Cancelling and Changing Orders

Once you have completed the checkout and payment process, an online order cannot be changed or cancelled.
