Capezio’s 50-year-old classic has an upper made of soft leather; a cloth insole, suede sole, and brushed canvas lining with cotton binding help create a nice arch line and a more comfortable shoe. The pleats under the metatarsal that created the bump have been hammered flat. Elastic drawstring is tacked down. Attached elastic strap.
