I'm a 5'8", 140#, 31" waist adult, wear a medium, got a medium and they fit perfect. I'm built slender thru hips and thighs and these hug my curves just right in the waist and seat while being slightly looser in the thighs/legs. Its so hard to find camo clothing that looks decent on women and I love the way these fit, I don't look like GI Joe. The material is "parachute" type material and swooshy sounding when you walk, I could live without that racket. I like the way the pockets are set along the knees/thighs as I bought these for fishing and hunting and that's where I like to access my gear. Might sound weird but dance clothing works great for outdoor sports because both require a lot of athleticism. The waist has some elastic in it and also a drawstring and there's drawstrings at leg openings but its really cheap drawstring that looks like it will fray quickly which is unfortunate as the reason I like this style so much is because I can convert the leg lengths to different boots/shoes. Maybe while the cheap string is still in there I'll use it to lace a better quality drawstring thru the leg openings. If the legs had the barrel type adjusters on elastic bands they'd be perfect! Overall, they're a great style and a good value for the money.

I was interested in these particular pants for Zumba/Dance classes that I take regularly. I am huge into Camo print & loved these as soon as I saw them. I am ALWAYS a Med in all clothing. However, these Med's were huge! I would say size down if you are on the smaller end of the scale. They are very cheaply made, very thin, and would actually look more flattering with a side pocket, more of a cargo look to them.

Comments about Urban Groove Camouflage Hip-Hop Pants:
Bought to wear to Zumba. Typically wear a 6 - 8 in pants and ordered a medium. They were to tight across the hip and had to exchange them for a large which will work. They have a button, zipper and drawstring. They are very big in the waist and really need the drawstring. They are also very long. I am 5'6" and they are 4 inches to long for me. They do have drawstrings but I will probably hem. Fabric is light and comfortable. Received complements both times I've worn they to class.

About Me Casual, I Work Out
I bought these for a fitness theme in a kick boxing class I teach with other instructors since these are made for dancewear I figured they will be great for kicking and kneeing, but I have to make modifications to the leg length so they will fit. Also I usually wear a medium pant but when I tried on a friends pair of mediums they were a little too tight around the crotch and bum with no room to kick and knee. The material is not flexible. So the mediums are too small and the large are too large.

I am 5 feet, so most pants I purchase are too long. This was the case with this purchase, but the great thing about these specific pants are the ankle straps, so I can adjust the length of the leg without having to cut it. The material is very thin, and breathable which I am planning on wearing during the summer. The waist has an elastic band as well as a string. So it adjusts to any waist if you usually are between sizes. I bought a MA and I usually wear a medium to large. I know that Urban Groove usually run big, so when I tried on this MA, it fit well.

To measure girth, place tape measure on center of right shoulder, run through crotch and back to right shoulder loosely (as shown in diagram).
Remember, the girth is the most important measurement.
When in doubt, let the girth measurement determine size.
