I wanted sparkly red converse, but they were sold out everywhere. These sequined shoes are not only better than the sparkles I would have had if I had found the converse, but they were significantly less expensive too. I am not a dancer, but because these shoes are dance shoes, they are oober comfortable. I love to wear them out at night or just to class. I havn't had them long enough to vouch for how durable they are, but as far as I know, they seem to be well-constructed. I bought the red ones and I LOVE them! I would definitely hightly recommend these shoes to anyone :)

I needed comfortable Ruby Slippers for my upcoming Wizard of Oz theme Halloween and I am not about to wear those 5 inch glitter shoes they try to sell with the costume. These shoes are great. If they shoes came in half-sizes they'd be ultra-perfect. If they came in half-sizes, i'd buy some to wear for fun.

I ordered these for the first dance in my wedding! My fiance and I are breaking out into a fast dance to the song boogie shoes so I will be wearing these under my dress and showing them off during our choreographed dance! My daughter's group wanted sequin shoes for their recital. They looked great. Having to order a whole size was a bummer, because they really were too big. We are not really sure if they will be able to dance in them, as the soles may not provide the movement needed for the dance.

Sorry I had to return them. My daughter wears a 6 1/2 ordered a 7 needed a 7 1/2 was told didn't know when a size 8 would be availabe, Could take months, really needed the sneakers to complete the outfit.very nice sneakers wish they came in half sizes.

My studio recently ordered and recieved multiple pairs of the sequin sneakers in red. We've been so extremely happy with the quality, comfort and most of all the look of the shoes while performing. We use them for hip-hop practice and performances. The girls love the the way they feel while dancing in them and as a teacher and audience member, they couldn't be more attractive on the stage. Not too sparkly to take away from the dance or costuming but just right!

I was so excited to buy a pair of sequin shoes to wear because I'm a Dorothy (wizard of oz) fanatic. I wanted my "own spin" on the ruby slippers because heels aren't really my thing. If dorothy would have inherited these shoes from the witch she would have skipped all the way and not stopped for a nap because they're so comfortable and so fun! They came fast in the mail and I am not dissapointed in the least I can't wait to wear the more! I ordered a silver pair for my wedding! Can't wait!

After reading all the reviews, I was wondering if these shoes would fit. I think now that maybe some people are ordering youth sizes and these shoes are in ladies sizing. Maybe that's why they think they run small. These actually run large! I wear a ladies 6 and my friend wears a ladies 7.5 or 8. I ordered the 6 and they're at least a half size too big. I ordered her an 8 and they are about a whole size to big for her. We kept them because they're for a routine that only lasts a few minutes each night. The only bad part is that because they have the plastic toe, they're stiff on the end. If you're needing to be on your toes a lot, I wouldn't get these. However, we're doing street dancing, and they're fine for us. Very cute and we get a lot of compliments!

We read the reviews before we ordered these shoes and ordered either a 1/2 size or a full size larger. When we got them, they were enormous! For an example, I wear a 6 1/2 to a 7. I ordered a 7 and they are a whole size too big.

i purchased the silver shoes to go with my prom dress. i wanted something different and my mom suggested converse with my dress instead of heals. i thought it was a great idea so i found these and they look perfect with my dress. its light blue with silver sequins on the bust very similar to the sequins on the shoes.

These shoes are true to street shoe size. They are very durable and have really held up. They are being worn for a jazz number and they sparkle like crazy with the lights! Totally satisfied with this product!

These shoes are beautiful! I wish I had Not read all the reviews though before ordering. I ordered a size too big thinking they ran different in size. I wish I had ordered our normal shoe size then they would have been a great fit. I had to return them as they were too big for my daughter. I havent worn these alot but, when we have to wear them in our hip-hop dance..i have to be very careful. They seem like if i touch them wrong they will tear, and the sequiens will come off, but other wise, they are cute and very "danceable"

There was only one review on the site about size so I took that into play, I am very happy I did, our coach normally wears a 7 - 7.5 so I took a leap and oreder a 8 and it was great!! She wore this to our first Nationals and she got so many "Wow, I Love Your Shoes" I think most of the cheerleaders now want them and team moms too!!!

Well, seeing as I have worn these shoes everyday since I got them, I LOVE THEM! They are the most fantastic [$] Everyone stops me in the hall asking me where I got them! They are extremely comfortable (that's dancewear for you!), and the price is unbeatable. I was originally looking at a different brand's sequined tennis shoes, but they were $90! (And I'm sure they're nowhere near as comfortable!) I most definitely agree with everyone to size up. I'm usually like a 7.5, so I opted for an 8 and they couldn't be more perfect! The only bad/sad thing is that a sequin was already missing when I received them in the mail. I think the factory forgot to sew that certain one on or something, because the rest of the sequins are solidly in place. :)

I am a salsa dancer that recently had hip surgery and am trying to utilize flats more frequently. I have never worn sneakers to dance before, but these immediately felt good. The rubber soles do add some difficulty when moving to intermediate level and beyond. I was fine to teach an intermediate class, but required baby powder to turn smoothly at an advanced level. I have a very high arch and may need to insert some further support; however, I have had no pain after two evenings of dancing.

I bought these shoes in gold for my daughter, for Christmas, who wears a size 10. When I received the shoes today I slipped them on to check the size. I wear a size 9.5 and they fit perfect with no room to spare. I will have to return the shoes because I know they will not work for her. If I re-ordered they will not be here in time for Christmas. :( Other than the sizing, this is a cute shoe and the sequins are sewn on very well! Keep the size in mind when ordering.
