Dancewear Solutions participates in cooperative database services. These services help us to identify shoppers who may be interested in receiving our printed catalogs. Names, mailing addresses, emails and associated transactional information are aggregated and shared between participating parties in the cooperative database services.

  • Account-related cookies. We may use account-related cookies to authenticate users and prevent fraudulent use of user accounts. We may use these cookies to remember information that changes the way the Website behaves or looks, such as the "remember me" functionality.

  • While you are a member of our mailing list we may share your information with trusted non-core service providers, such as marketing partners we have carefully selected to deliver incentives to participate in offers, polls, surveys, analysis or research, all of which assist us in enhancing our services. They are not permitted to use your information after you unsubscribe.
  • If you make an inquiry to the customer services team via email or telephone, the details of your inquiry will be securely stored against your customer record in our helpdesk system. This allows us to accurately respond to your query in a timely manner, and keep a record of responses that have been given.

We also use services offered by Google, Rakuten Marketing, Facebook, Instagram and other similar social media platforms to better tailor our marketing communications and for targeted advertising. We also receive insights from Facebook about the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns which you experience on our Site and social channels; this helps to better target our advertising.

We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our website. Google Analytics gathers information about website use by means of cookies. The information gathered relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of our website. How We Protection Your Information

Dancewear Solutions is committed to safeguarding and protecting your personal data from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, and utilizes and maintains certain reasonable processes, systems, and technologies to do so.

To protect the safety of customer credit and debit card information, we use a PCI DSS compliant third party which encrypts the information using secure server technology. Once customers enter the checkout page, their computers will begin communication in full encryption mode. The "http" in the web address/URL will be replaced by "https" to indicate secure mode. We do not store credit or debit card information in our systems. The information is shared only with the payment processors and fraud protection services that service the transactions.

If you have signed up for an account that requires a password to access this Site, it is your responsibility to keep this password confidential. We ask that you do not share a password with anyone.

Children's Privacy

Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.
