My dance teacher informed us that we would be unable to wear underwear with our dance costumes, and recommended we buy these for recital. She wears them daily as underwear and a bra, however I found that a bra is still necessary. I am 5'8 with VERY long legs yet I am also very skinny. I ordered the L/XL and it was just barely long enough. I have been working on my tan lately and the light sun tan color was almost too dark so I would not recommend it for people with pale skin. Overall it gets the job done.

These are the best body tights we've tried. They cover everything important and give a level of support under dance costumes. The clear straps blend with skintone instead of standing out like elastic ones. I wouldn't recommend them for daily wear under clothes, as they do not have a crotch opening. They need to run a little bigger, s/m barely fits my 5 foot daughter and l/xl fits her friends who are size 7 or 9.

my daughter hated tight waist band always leaving marks and showing through This eliminated both problems
